About our school…

“A happy school uniting a unique community”

Wavell is a happy school set in beautiful grounds, bringing together military and non-military families into a close-knit community. Our strong support network meets the specific needs of high-mobility children. We offer a friendly face and a consistent approach, recognising and celebrating the influence of the army on our local community.

Our staff team embraces change and the fresh ideas that new faces bring. Everyone and everything in our school is valued. Diversity and cultural heritage is enjoyed and explored, broadening children’s horizons into the wider community and the world beyond.

We celebrate children’s effort, achievements and learning every day, preparing them for success in life.
