We are currently recruiting an Assistant Headteacher and seek individuals who have the presence, ambition and the expertise to deliver strong, clear leadership and rapidly raise standards and outcomes for children. With a passionate commitment to education, and supported by a strong leadership team, you will use your excellent teaching skills and good practice to actively mentor, develop and support teaching staff and maintain a creative curriculum.

The role will require the successful candidate to work effectively with the head, deputy, an established team of middle leaders and a large staff team who are committed to our children. You must be able to provide effective management and professional support to over 60 members of staff and maintain strong relationships with our parents and community. Most importantly, you must be an excellent practitioner able to impart your knowledge and skills to others and support staff in their development.
