This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. As a member of the School Senior Leadership team you will work with the Head Teacher to lead an area of school improvement which will be shaped around the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
You will play a critical role in driving the school forward on its journey to Outstanding following the schools recent positive Ofsted judgement.
As Assistant Head Teacher you will have significant experience of working with young people with a diagnosis of autism. You will have a good understanding and up to date knowledge of good autism practice and research.
As part of your role you will ensure an environment where the educational needs of all learners are met and that the educational and personal progression of students is recognised, tracked and monitored through robust systems and quality assurance processes.
