About You

You must have previous experience of successfully leading a phase, year group or core subject. You will be secure in all aspects of the role of Classroom Teacher and have experience of being a role model and coach to others. This role is a key role in the next steps for our school. You will have the opportunity to be part of driven leadership team that has the highest of expectations for its community. This role with hold accountability for the personal development curriculum, behaviours for learning and attendance. You will lead a strong team of staff that are dedicated to making a change in our pupils lives.

About Orchard Meadow Primary School

Orchard Meadow Primary is a two-form entry school for children aged 3 to 11 including nursery provision. We proudly serve the children and families of Blackbird Leys in Oxford and welcome children from the surrounding areas.
