We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher on the Leadership pay scale.

This position requires:

The Assistant Headteacher, (Personal Development and Behaviour) under the direction of the Headteacher, will take a role in:

o Formulating the aims and objectives of the school

o Establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives

o Managing staff and resources to that end

o Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives
