Newhouse Academy currently has a vacancy within its Senior Leadership Team.  We are looking for someone who:

• Is an innovative leader and can clearly articulate how the quality of teaching impacts on student learning and progress;

• Is ambitious and has the capacity to progress to Deputy and Headship level;

• Has a consistent and excellent track record of successful middle or senior leadership; 

• Shares our drive towards ensuring our students reach their desired, ambitious destinations;

• Is dedicated to improving the life chances of students at Newhouse Academy and the Hollingworth Learning Trust;

• Has credible results in their subject area over time.
