We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Assistant Headteacher who will work with the Headteacher to provide inspirational leadership at Idsall School, part of the Marches Multi Academy Trust, ensuring that our students and staff achieve, succeed and thrive. In particular, to develop and manage curriculum, teaching and learning policies and ensure all students meet their potential and trends and gaps are closing.

· Be excited about teaching, shaping and developing the timetable, ensuring progress is measured, monitored and secures successful outcomes and experiences for all students
