The successful applicant will join a leadership team consisting of Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and five Assistant Headteachers (four phase leaders and the SENDCo).

Working at John Keble School...  Ofsted March 2018 says, "You are now driving the school to the next level. Encouraged and supported through your leadership, teachers share their best practice across the school, with good effect. There is a high level of challenge in all lessons. As a result, more pupils make consistently strong progress."

Children and families comment on how friendly the school is. We pride ourselves on how well staff are supported and encouraged. With a large leadership team, PPA takes place in teams and planning is joint and creative. We teach in a cross curricular way, planning to the children's interests across the school.
