Assistant Headteacher - Teaching and Learning

The role will suit a highly qualified/outstanding practitioner with potential to lead on in curriculum delivery in line with the ethos of the school. You will support the vision and drive of the Executive Headteacher and the Governing Body to ensure the school remains at the forefront of educational innovation and good practice. You must absolutely believe that children are entitled to outstanding education no matter their ability or background.    

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed teacher in any area of the curriculum with skills to model, inspire and challenge staff and pupils both inside and out of the classroom. You will have demonstrated the ability to lead and oversee change and to effectively deal with the requirements of the role.
