• Commit to, and raise further, high achievement and motivation?
• Demonstrate outstanding strategic thinking and a passion for education?
• Implement a clear educational vision allied to leadership and management experience?
• Provide a supportive learning environment within the school and the Bohunt Educational Trust

In September 2018 BSW received a glowing Ofsted report praising the leadership, student progress and culture of high expectations championed at the School. The inspectors also recognised; the overwhelming support of leaders from parents and carers, the school’s work to promote students’ personal development, which was judged “outstanding”, and noted how students feel safe and well cared for whilst at school. In addition it praised the positive culture including staff feeling proud, valued and “committed to making sure that all students do well”.
The South of England based Bohunt Educational Trust has evolved from Bohunt School in Hampshire, which is rated Outstanding in every category by Ofsted and was the Times Educational Supplement School of the Year 2014.
