Assistant House Lead

Belong Learning CIC is an inclusive school working with children who have EHCP for SEMH.  We provide a positive, engaging environment which enables our students and staff to flourish.

A day to day role includes;

Assist with team Leadership of the House Team

Assign tasks to the House Team

PLEO- House team spend within set limits.

Assist with the staffing of House timetable and transport

Assist with Risk Assessments

Referrals to MASH in conjunction with DDSL

Open/Close CPOMS cases for House members with DDSL

Represent the school at Case meetings.

Parent Liaison and Communication- House

Attendance monitoring and actions – House

Onboarding and induction- House

Transition and next steps- House

Wellbeing curriculum implementation and monitoring- House

Careers education and guidance- House

Role model delivery of the wellbeing curriculum

Assist with the collection and analysis of progress data for children in the House
