Core Purpose
We are seeking someone who shares our vision and values and has the passion and commitment to promote a culture and ethos wherein all students are able to achieve and have their achievements recognised. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality pastoral care and will be a creative, motivational and effective member of the wider Pastoral Team.
The purpose of the role is to support the Pastoral Leader and Progress Leader and be a part of the wider Pastoral Team to deliver high quality pastoral care, bringing together the areas of attendance, well-being, and behavioural support.
The successful candidate will have:
• A passion for working with young people and helping them to attain to the highest standard.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
