This is an exciting time to join Waltham Toll Bar Academy and this role in particular is a unique opportunity to lead at the most senior level in a large and high-profile school judged to be outstanding by Ofsted. 

As our Assistant Principal for Behaviour Attitudes & Alternative Provision, you will lead at the most senior level. You will be responsible for the day to day and operational leadership of systems and our highly effective pastoral team to ensure excellent culture and ethos across the school.

As this is a new Assistant Principal role, and the Academy has a new Principal, you will have the opportunity of developing a fresh approach, to initiate change and drive your area with real autonomy.

Waltham Toll Bar Academy is a large, complex and dynamic academy with a growing sixth form. We are looking for someone who understands working at scale in a complex and challenging environment.
