This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent middle leader, who is more than ready to take the next step in their career, to become an Assistant Principal, or an Assistant Principal looking for a route to accelerate their professional development ready to be a Vice Principal within the next two years. 

You will work closely alongside the Executive Principal and wider leadership team with a whole school leadership responsibility. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong pastoral or curriculum experience having led a pastoral or curriculum team.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of effective leadership leading to improved pupil outcomes, as well as a commitment to your own education.  This post is suitable for someone with vision and substance, who has a track record of leading improvement in behaviour, attendance and personal development in a comprehensive school environment.

Haberdashers’ Knights Academy is a vibrant, diverse 11–18 school community with a relentless focus on high expectations and aspirations.
