Assistant Principal

We are seeking to appoint an energetic and committed Assistant Principal to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have a history of success and ambition for whole academy improvement and take the lead in coordinating the pastoral work of the academy. This will include safeguarding and taking a lead role in personal development, behaviour, attendance, rewards and support systems across the academy overseeing the pastoral team.   

We are looking for an outstanding teacher who will make a distinctive contribution to the leadership of the academy. A dynamic colleague who is committed, hardworking and a caring practitioner who has a proven track record in the classroom and within their current middle or senior leadership role. 

This is an opportunity to be part of a senior leadership team working in an exciting phase of the academy’s development. You will be joining a team of dedicated staff with a committed governing body and a highly supportive Trust.
