This is a unique opportunity to lead a large department within a rapidly improving school and join a Senior Leadership Team who are hardworking, committed and truly believe in the success of their pupils. To help you gain experience in all aspects of school leadership and prepare for future career development, alongside your responsibility in leading the English department, the exact role and specific responsibilities of the Assistant Principal will be agreed annually in discussion with you.
