This is an exciting and challenging role within the Senior Management Team. Essentially the post holder will be responsible for teaching and learning in all its dimensions including appointments, courses and programmes, assessment, resources, pedagogy, innovation and performance management.
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, determined and creative with a strong track record in both teaching and management in 16-19 education and who will play a crucial role in our vision of being a ‘successful modern learning community’.

College Leadership Team & Staff
The Principal Emma Young is supported by the Senior Management Team. The college employs around 200 teaching and support staff who are committed to supporting students to achieve their goals through a broad mix of programmes and extra-curricular activities. There is a strong sense of community at the College with a lively, vibrant feel to the campus.

Our campus is now second-to-none in offering modern, attractive, stimulating spaces in which to work and learn. CPD
We understand that our success comes from developing our staff and supporting them to deliver innovative and individualised lessons. Godalming, along with other sixth form colleges in Surrey & Sussex belongs to a consortium known as S7 who work closely together to provide specifically tailored training and development for staff and facilitate meetings for specific groups and an annual teaching conference.
