This is a relatively new role within the Academy and in addition to the duties of a teacher, the role will require you to link closely to the new Ofsted 2019 framework, therefore requiring close liaison with the Assistant Principals leading in the areas of Quality of Education Implementation and Impact. You will also need to work closely with the two Assistant Principals who also have a focus on SEND and Disadvantaged students but work in the Personal Development and Behaviour and Attitude teams. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Deputy Principal responsible for Quality of Education, who will act to ensure the provision of Quality of Education is coherent and cohesive across the whole Academy.
