About the role
The post would suit an experienced Teacher or an ambitious senior leader looking either to extend their experience of Headship, or to start their first Principalship. First time Assistant principals benefit from a highly supportive network of experienced Harris principals providing one to one mentoring within an attentive, career enriching environment. For existing Assistant Principals, we offer unrivalled progression opportunities to Executive Principalship, and full support through our National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) pathway. The course draws on the leadership expertise of Harris executive leaders and Directors as well as other successful MATs from across the country, providing a national standard of excellence in training.

Harris Primary Academy Coleraine Park is in the heart of Tottenham, serving a diverse inner city community celebrating a wealth of language and cultures. In 2017/18, we were the highest performing primary academy in the Harris Federation, and in the top 3% in the country for progress. Our Academy opened in September 2012; one of the 48 academies within the Harris Federation.
