Avondale Grammar School is seeking to appoint an exceptional, highly motivated leader with proven leadership, management and organizational skills. Avondale Grammar School is an established, high performing, international school serving the needs of around 350 students aged from 3-13 years located in Singapore. The following position is available from January 2017.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an adaptable and inspirational leader with extensive experience in leading a successful and innovative Early Years Phase (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 department for children aged 3 to 8 years.
• Be a strategic thinker with a demonstrated passion and leadership experience in Early Years education, able to manage and convert vision through strong planning into deliverable outcomes.
• Possess excellent communication skills and an ability to inspire and lead best practice teaching and learning.
• Have a history of effective management and development of teams of teachers while fostering high standards of professionalism.
• Cater for the eclectic needs of all our international students whilst developing their learning potential and providing excellence in pastoral care.
• Have the energy, integrity, creativity, vision and sound judgement to complement a team dedicated to the delivery of a quality educational experience to all pupils.
