The Dovedale Centre in Erdington is an ASC provision providing an inclusive education for 72 pupils at KS2 to KS4. Many pupils have multiple SEN including OCD, ADHD and anxiety/attachment disorders.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably skilled and experienced leader to shape the future of the Centre and to join the Senior Leadership Team of this successful Academy recently judged to be GOOD in all aspects by Ofsted.
The post is a challenging, but rewarding one. Pupils are positive about learning, the staff team are ambitious to further raise standards and the parents keen to work in partnership with the school to ensure that the young people make excellent social, emotional and academic progress.
