Assistant Principal (Inclusion)

The role of the Assistant Principal (Inclusion) is critical to the growth, development and success of pupils at Hatcham College. In this role, you will have a high profile and will be the main point of contact for pupils and their parents/carers for children that are vulnerable and including those that are disadvantaged and pupil premium. 

You will work very closely with the Vice Principals, HLT, Heads of Years, Form Tutors, parents and carers to establish and grow first class inclusion provision for our intake of pupils. There will be continued focus on transitions between key stages, building a team ethos within inclusion teams, developing good learning habits and maintaining an excellent attendance and punctuality profile. Insisting upon, monitoring, resolving and providing guidance and compliance for child protection, safeguarding and pupil health and well-being will be an integral part of the role.
