BRIDGE ACADEMY

Assistant Principal (Inclusion) Salary: Leadership Scale £44,544 - £49,199

Bridge Academy comprises three centres, both Key Stage 3 and 4, catering for up to 195 students, with behavioural challenges who are at risk of being permanently excluded from mainstream school.  This is a first level management role for a qualified teacher who will have a small teaching requirement, with experience in either KS3/KS4 or both. The post holder will have the operational lead within Bridge Academy for inclusion and will line manage the inclusion team, which consists of Behaviour Mentors and Teaching Assistants. The centre supports those students who are at risk of exclusion for reasons of challenging behaviour. The post holder will be line managed by the Deputy Principal within centre and also part of the Stephenson Trust inclusion team.
