We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Assistant Principal to lead on student progress as well as personal development, behaviour and attitudes across Key Stage 3. The successful candidate will strive to ensure that rapid progress in KS3 is made allowing their continued progress through KS4 and KS5.

This post represents an exciting opportunity for either a current middle leader or an existing Assistant Principal who is committed to excellence in teaching and learning and able to make an impact from the outset. They will demonstrate a repertoire of strategies to foster behaviour and attitudes that maximise learning and also hold the needs of the students at the centre of their decision making.
