STEPHENSON (MK) TRUST

Stephenson (MK) Trust is an organisation committed to supporting young people who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream secondary provision (Bridge Academy) and specialist secondary provision for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs (Stephenson Academy).  We provide inclusive education for young people with a range of educational and social needs in order to maximise and improve their life chances.

Assistant Principal (Post 16)

Leadership Salary: £43,034 – £49,937 (Easter start date)

This is a new post within a new provision for up to 40 pupils.  This is an innovative position with post 16 former students from Milton Keynes who were located at Bridge Academy as well as post 16 students with an Educational Health Care Plans for SEMH from Stephenson Academy.  The post holder will work closely with the Executive Principal in the development of this provision.  This role will be based in Central Milton Keynes with the site currently under construction. 

The post holder will take the operational lead for the development of this post 16 provision within the Trust and will focus on maximising post 16 outcomes, working with a range of partners to support next steps in student learning.
