We want all teaching to be engaging and challenging, and are committed to recruiting passionate, dedicated staff to help our Academy achieve GCSE pass rates to be proud of. You will be able to engender enthusiasm and drive throughout our staff, support them to maximise their teaching potential and work alongside the Principal and Deputy Principal to nurture a culture of ambition and continuous improvement.
Growth and development
We are a rapidly growing academy with our last three Year 7 cohorts being oversubscribed. We expect to continue to grow from a current position of 752 students to over 900 students in the next two to three years and therefore need to enhance our leadership capacity.
