This position offers exciting opportunities to join the team in a dynamic, vibrant school and the growing Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher, with leadership experience who is now keen to develop further. We have opportunities for the right person to manage the staff, teaching and learning development within West Town Primary Academy, as well as opportunities to extend your experience by leading projects in the other academies that we work with. You will have a key role in developing staff, monitoring and analysing data, and being responsible for phase leadership as well as a key area of development. This unique role will enable you to be flexible with a mixture of classroom based work delivering great teaching and modelling good practice but experiencing the leadership and management of a growing team and developing your leadership skills.

Within the Trust we also have opportunities across the wider education field for you in the future and can offer involvement in training and projects beyond the school including working as an SLE and delivering training through our teaching schools.

For the right candidate it has the potential to offer fantastic opportunities to lead and manage a sizeable group of teachers and contribute to the direction of an adventurous and forward thinking team.
