We are seeking a talented leader who can inspire and motivate children and staff. You will join an established Phase 1 Team, led by the Head of Phase, working to secure the highest standards. In addition, you will be a member of the Academy Leadership Team, which sets the strategic direction for the whole academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Maths Mastery and standards in mathematics. The other areas of responsibility will depend on the strengths of the successful candidate.
Oasis Academy Hadley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High performing and continuously improving, we have recently moved into a new building and have state-of-the-art facilities.
The Academy’s students make good progress, from their well below average starting points, exceeding or equaling national averages at all key stages. Over 94% of our students have progressed to university with 47% going to Russell Group universities following a wide range of courses. Outside the classroom a wide range of extra-curricular activities, provide enrichment opportunities for our students.
