Senior Leadership in our Trust is forward thinking, outward looking.
As a result of continuing growth in student numbers, as well as offering increasing levels of external school to school support, we are seeking to appoint a senior leader to enhance secondary senior leadership capacity in our Trust.
RSA Academy Arrow Vale is an ‘outstanding’ school in all categories (Ofsted - May 2014). We are a 13-19 comprehensive school with 700 students on roll. As a member of the Family of RSA Academies and as part of the Central RSA Academies Trust, we work closely with three other local schools providing seamless education for all students age 3-19. We work especially closely with Ipsley CE RSA Academy, our neighbouring 9-13 middle school with 600 pupils on roll.
