Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and driving positive outcomes? We are looking for dedicated leader/ SENCO to lead our SEND Department.

About the Role

As SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with SEND, overseeing statutory processes like Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and managing the student support room. You will lead and inspire our SEN team, which include

  • A Deputy SENDCo
  • SEND Manager
  • Assessor
  • Team of 14 Learning Coaches

ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive.

Provision for SEND has been transformed by the current post holder and her team over the last 2.5 years, and children with SEND are now thriving as they continue to develop as happy and successful learners.
