Ingleby Manor Free School & Sixth Form are looking to appoint two Assistant Principals to join our academy in September 2019. They will support us in development and implementation of our Post-16 provision and the drive to make the school an outstanding place of learning. The successful applicants will play a key role in our leadership team, ensuring that our learners experience outstanding teaching in the classroom as well as gaining the skills needed to play an active role in their community. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, ambitious and driven leaders with exceptional teaching skills. You will have a proven track record in delivering results within your own classroom as well across a department. You will have experience in developing and implementing new initiatives either within a department or whole school.
We continually reflect on our practice and that of the school as a whole and look for ways in which we can improve the experience of our learners. You must be able to demonstrate the same level of passion and commitment. As a Senior Leader you will be a highly visible part of our school community and must therefore model the highest levels of professionalism, whilst being able to develop strong working relationships with staff and students.

Ingleby Manor Free School and Sixth Form aims to be a vibrant centre of learning and a hub of activity for the whole of the Ingleby Barwick community. It came into being through the government's Free School programme. The founding resident and community group behind the school is called Ingleby Manor Foundation Trust (IMFT), whilst our education partner is Delta Academies Trust.
