Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to join our Senior Leadership Team, bringing with them experience, enthusiasm and the capacity to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
We are keen to hear from candidates who will:
- Play a key role in the Educational Resesarch and Professional Develoment Team in order to improve outcomes
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership at all levels
- Be responsible for monitoring and raising the quality of teaching and learning across the school; supporting staff to improve pedagogical practice throught departmental areas
- Play a major role in the development of all aspects of the school, including its policies and their implementation.
