We believe that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of All Saints Academy.  This is a new post within the Academy which has been created to strengthen the Leadership Team.

We are a Church of England VA Academy and as a result have a strong focus on promoting Christian values and beliefs.  Our enrichment and SMSC programme is second to none with extensive opportunities for all our students.

We are offering this role as Assistant Principal to add capacity to our Leadership Team. The role would be focused on Teaching and Learning but, depending on the skill set and experience of applicants, responsibilities may be adjusted accordingly.  We expect the successful candidate to make a real contribution to the life chances of the students we serve and support us on our journey to outstanding.

As a senior member of staff you will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Academy and be active in promoting its aims, and supporting an ethos that promotes achievement and high standards.

You will report directly to the Vice Principal (Teaching and Learning) or Vice Principal (Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare) and Principal and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
