Oasis Academy Henderson Avenue is a large, inclusive urban primary school in the Henderson Avenue area of Scunthorpe offering places for children aged between 3 and 11. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and knowledgeable senior leader to work with the Academy Leadership Team to build on the current successes of the school and enable pupils to reach their full potential in all areas of learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced practitioner with high expectations and significant teaching and learning experience to support, develop and coach teaching and learning across the academy, in order to achieve consistently good or better teaching and improved pupil outcomes. As an Assistant Principal you will lead and coordinate assessment across the phase, maximising pupil and parental engagement. The role will also involve day-to-day leadership in the academy.
