Our latest inspection noted that “staff enjoy productive relationships with pupils” and “pupils are taking pride in their work” – so whilst you may be with us for just a few months, it will be one of the most rewarding times of your life. Like us, you’ll be passionate about innovation, interaction and improvement, determined to nurture your pupils and release their potential, and ready to do whatever it takes to overcome barriers to learning.

As part of our newly formed leadership team, you will support the Principal with the continuous improvement of the academy; championing the vision, ethos and inclusivity that make North Walsall such a special place to learn and work.

Together, our approach will be to:

• Ensure highly effective classroom practice

In return, we will benefit from:

• A warm, welcoming and highly skilled team, who support and inspire each other
