A new position is available for an Assistant Principal who will be able to support the Principal in leading our popular academy that is rated as “Good” by Ofsted. 

We are looking for a person who:

· Has a proven track record as an outstanding practitioner.

· Has the ability to support leadership at all levels.

· Is passionate to ensure that every child to reaches their highest potential.

· A clear understanding of leadership within Catholic education.

· Will nurture and further develop our strong Catholic ethos and community spirit.

· Has the ability and ambition to support the raising of standards, moving the Academy to outstanding.
