Arrow Vale is an Outstanding Provider Ofsted 2014, 2018

As a result of continuing growth in student numbers, as well as offering increasing levels of external school to school support, we are seeking to appoint an experienced leader to enhance our leadership capacity.

Arrow Vale is keen to appoint an Assistant Principal with proven qualities in both teaching and leadership, to join our established leadership team.

We are seeking someone with drive and ambition to complement the skill-set of the leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful, experienced professional with Middle Leadership experience.

The full remit of this post will be based on the appointed candidate’s experience, skills and knowledge, with applications especially welcome from candidates with successful leadership experience in one or more of the following (but non-exhaustive) areas:

• Pupil attendance, behaviour and personal development

• Assessment, data and reporting

• Curriculum and assessment

• Excellence in Teaching and Learning

We are looking for candidates with a proven record of impact and success in achieving progress for students as well as strategic vision and commitment. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of the wider role of our schools in the community and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and be capable of leading staff through change that will benefit learners.

RSA Academy Arrow Vale is committed to providing strong professional development support for all colleagues who work with us.  Interested candidates who wish to have an informal conversation about this role are welcome to contact Ian Mellor, Principal.
