Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager who will work alongside our cleaning team and experienced Site Manager to continue to bring our Grade II listed building back to its former glory. Stroud Green is large two form entry
primary school in Finsbury Park north London. We occupy a large site consisting of a number of separate buildings. Our main building is Grade Two listed but has been neglected for a number of years. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed person who can support our Site Manager in bringing this beautiful building back to life.

The successful candidate will have;

  • Knowledge and experience of painting / decorating and general maintenance
  • Ability to work as part of a cleaning team and alongside the Site Manager supervising the high quality cleaning of
    the site.
  • Be able to work split shifts if required.
  • An ability to prioritise under pressure, show initiative and problem solve
  • Good literacy, mathematical and computing skills.

 

As we start a large phase of building development the Assistant Site Manager will be a vital part of our team in maintaining the operational status of the school.
