Our ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of a similar type of role with knowledge/experience of the building trade or building services an advantage.
- Be able to work on a shift basis (Monday to Friday from either 6.00am–2.00pm or 2pm–10pm with 30 minutes break).
- Be available to be on call for at least one week, including Saturday and Sunday, per month, for opening and closing the school as necessary.
We offer 33 days paid holiday per year (including statutory and concessionary days) rising to 37 after five years and immediate membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Continuity of service recognised for local government employees.
We are a non-selective school and committed to maintaining an all-inclusive community for all students. Children of members of staff, with a minimum of two years’ service at the school at the time of application, are included in our admissions criteria.
