Assistant - Dean of Students

The Assistant to the Dean of Students supports the Dean in the day-to-day management of student life, including our residential programme.  Responsibilities also include administrative and clerical work associated with the operations of the student residences and other aspects of student welfare.  He/she will work a flexible schedule to best serve the needs of students.  The Assistant to the Dean of Students reports directly to the Dean. 

The successful candidate will have previous successful experience in a residential school setting. He/she will play an active role in the residential life of a thriving school community which values and celebrates the diversity of its staff and students.

Required:

• A good first degree.

• Outstanding administration and organisational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy and complex environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner.

• Experience of working successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
