Job overview

You will be assisting nominated Head(s) of Year with the day to day running of the Year Group(s). You will be working in collaboration with them to ensure the best pastoral and academic care possible. A key part of this role will involve speaking with Students, Parents and Subject staff about the needs and concerns of Students and, therefore, the successful candidate will need to be highly skilled in communicating with others. The ability to instill trust in others and keep accurate records is essential.
