Assistant Vice Principal - Removing Barriers

We currently have an exciting opportunity in the role of Assistant Vice Principal to provide strong, ethical leadership throughout the next phase of our development. The successful candidate will be committed to identifying barriers to learning at transition and through KS3 and have experience of coordinating interventions and provision to ensure every child has equality of opportunity. 

Senior Leaders at MEA Central must be excellent teachers of their subjects, capable of modelling the way for others and have a proven track record of effective leadership and exam success at KS4/5, preferably in an urban environment. You must be capable of working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and key stakeholders, including the Department for Education, local authorities and Ofsted.
