Corfe Hills School is looking for an Associate Assistant Headteacher - Head of Sixth Form to lead our fantastic team.

This job is Full Time.
It is offered on a Permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who can:

with the ability to:
- lead, manage and prioritise effectively
- establish a positive ethos with an accent on high achievement for all
- to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing at all levels
- strong interpersonal skills
- to set clear expectations and parameters and to hold others to account for their performance
- analyse and present data effectively including progress and behaviour information.
Experience working with post 16 students is essential and it is desirable to have
experience of helping students secure post 18 options. The strapline for the sixth form is ‘Together, owning the future’ and we are looking for an individual who is willing and able to empower our students to make the most of the opportunities on
offer at Corfe Hills School and beyond.
A clean driving licence and your own transport is essential for travel across the Trust’s multiple sites and schools.
