As a consequence of our continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional and well-proven education leader to join our Education team based within the AISL Head Office in Hong Kong. The post-holder will work closely with our outstanding educators, Heads and senior leadership teams to drive and secure educational excellence, as well as to develop a culture of continuous improvement more widely across the Group. He/she will work with the Chief Education Officer to establish policy and procedures for supporting AISL Harrow Schools to securely meet the Harrow Standards in relation to digital learning and the utilization of technology, achieving excellence in:

• The quality of leadership and management of digital education
• The quality of teaching through the use of technology
• Student outcomes and progress for Digital Literacy
• Digital Literacy Curriculum development and evaluation
• Staff professional learning and development for Digital Education
