Are you a successful educational leader, with a proven record in delivering strategic and operational excellence? 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Education Director to join our Anthem School Improvement Team. We are seeking for an inspirational and experienced Educational Leader, with the skills and expertise to contribute to the work of the team and add significant value to our schools through implementing the Trust’s School Improvement Strategy. 

 Anthem serves over 8,000 children and young people in 16 schools across the East Midlands, London and Thames Valley. These values reflect the culture we want to achieve throughout our organisation, from the boardroom to every classroom in each of our schools. 

We are looking for a dynamic and strong educational leader who will: 

  • Oversee the educational performance of groups of schools, and the performance of specific aspects of the work of the Anthem, including driving the school improvement strategy by continually monitoring, analysing, and refining the delivery of school improvement. 

 

As Associate Education Director you will:  

  • Be a successful senior educational leader with a strong track record in delivering strategic and operational excellence, you will have experience as a Headteacher of raising standards.  
  • Demonstrate a leadership style, commitment and drive that will inspire and motivate others to deliver our shared goals and continuously raise standards, in pursuit of educational excellence across all our schools.
