South Shields Community School is looking for an Associate Headteacher who is an enthusiastic, visionary and able leader, driven by their moral purpose to ensure every student has the very best start in life. In our most recent Ofsted inspection in June 2014, the team judged our school to be a good school in all categories and stated that standards are rapidly rising across the school.

As Associate Headteacher, you will be required to lead and manage the innovative design and development of the curriculum ensuring students make exceptional progress working closely with Directors of School Improvement.
