The Faculty of Foundation Maths and English is dedicated to providing high quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of courses. - Deliver engaging lessons to students with varied educational backgrounds
- Build confidence and resilience, supporting learners in achieving their potential
- Assist with curriculum development and innovate approaches

- A strong knowledge of current approaches in the delivery of literacy
- A relevant degree
- A teaching qualification
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people who may lack confidence and need academic and pastoral support
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching and team collaboration
