Job overview

From 1 August 2017, Central Sussex College will change its name to Crawley College. It will also merge with Chichester College as part of a group structure.

Variable hours  

You will be expected to deliver Computing and IT to learners across a range of levels and qualifications.   You will hold a level 3 (or above) qualification in a Computing related subject and have proven knowledge of programming, web development, networking and Virtual Learning Environments.  

We welcome applications from both existing and newly qualified teachers, or those who are considering a new career in teaching.  

There are two posts available: Permanent and fixed term for one year.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
