The Cedars Academy is part of the growing Lionheart Academies Trust which is led by the ‘Outstanding’ Beauchamp College.  As the Trust grows there are increasing opportunities for professional development, sharing of good practices and collaborative work across the Trust.

We are currently looking to recruit a: 

Associate Principal on a permanent contract starting from August 2018 – Full time 

Based at The Cedars Academy in Birstall, part of the Lionheart Academies Trust Salary: Leadership Spine 25-29 (Currently £71,053 to £78,359)

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate, committed person with proven experience in a Senior Leadership position, into the new post of Associate Principal.  The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner and have at least Deputy Head or Vice Principal experience.  The post holder will lead within the Lionheart Academies Trust as our System Leadership approach evolves and our Trust is further established. The successful candidate will be linked to our new Executive Principal.

This post is designated as a regulated activity and requires enhanced criminal records check for a regulated activity (including a barred list check).
