We are looking for an experienced, adaptable and enthusiastic Attendance and Alternative Provision Manager to drive an effective strategy across the school, aiming to help students to engage fully with learning as they prepare for adult life. 

With experience of working with secondary aged students, you will have the professional experience to ensure that in-school provision, in collaboration with external agencies, works optimally to secure the full participation of individuals in their learning; and a passion for ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs and aspirations of all learners.

The hours are 37 per week Monday to Friday term time including staff training days and 4 weeks in the school holiday period.
